Two types of SmCo magnets are SmCo5 and Sm2Co17. SmCo5 has the maximum energy products of 18MGOe, comparing with the Sm2Co17 30MGOe, 2-17 composition is also more corrosion resistant and more stable at very high temperature. The maximum working temperature is between 250 oC ~350 oC.
